The Myrtle Beach Seafood Festival celebrates the multitude of local seafood restaurants and eateries along the Grand Strand. This year, the festival has expanded to two days, running from the evening of October 6th and all day October 7th. Held in downtown Myrtle Beach, this event features live beach tunes, a cornhole tournament, car show, kid zone, and various food and merchandise vendors. 


With the beautiful Henry C. Chambers Waterfront Park as the backdrop in picturesque downtown Beaufort, South Carolina, the Beaufort Shrimp Festival will be a feast for the eyes as well as the mouth. Held the weekend of October 6th & 7th, enjoy live music, a 5K bridge run/walk, a myriad of local arts & crafts, plus plenty of regional Lowcountry dishes. Up to 15 local restaurants will feature their best shrimp dish to compete for the Silver Cup award, so make sure to try each one and cast your vote!


Held October 6th through 8th, the NC Seafood Festival in Morehead City, North Carolina, is celebrating its 34th year as a display of the great diversity of indigenous seafood from North Carolina. This festival also celebrates the positive impact of the seafood industry in North Carolina. With festival proceeds being shared with community organizations, they've raised over $1.8 million since 1987. Enjoy two stages of live music, a boat show, road race, fishing tournament, SasSea's Playground, and the Chefs Tent Exhibition, which offers local dish sampling ever hour.

The Little River Shrimp Fest in Little River, South Carolina will host more than 22,000 attendees this October 14th and 15th at the Historic Little River Waterfront. Local restaurants will serve fresh seafood as well as festival favorites from a variety of area vendors. This event also features 2 stages of live music, a children's area, face painting, stilt walkers, balloon artists, and more than 150 different arts & crafts plus business vendors. 


The Pleasure Island Seafood, Blues & Jazz Festival is a weekend of non-stop musical talent in Kure Beach, North Carolina, along the scenic Cape Fear River. Held October 14th and 15th, the Pleasure Island Seafood, Blues & Jazz Festival boasts nationally recognized blues and jazz performers, coastal cuisine, an arts & wine garden, crafts, and an entertaining Kidz Zone. Sample fresh local seafood from some of the area's favorite award-winning restaurants while you unwind with live jazz, salt air, and warm ocean breezes. 


Head to Bluffton, South Carolina this October 14th through 22nd for the 13th annual Bluffton Arts & Seafood Festival. This week long festival showcases locally harvested seafood, delicious Lowcountry fare, as well as the work of over 100 artists from 10 different states. Make time to explore downtown Bluffton, a charming coastal town known for its unique art community and natural river beauty.


Celebrate everything oyster at the NC Oyster Festival in Ocean Isle, North Carolina, the weekend of October 21st & 22nd. Ocean Isle Beach transforms into a walking district with a variety of local fare, crafts, contests, and musical performances.
